Is Shams AI free to use?
Shams AI is offered free of charge to students, teachers, parents, and small organizations. Larger institutions with custom needs can contact us at [email protected].
Who runs Shams AI?
Shams AI is built and maintained by the Shams AI team — focused on supporting Islamic education and Qur'ānic learning for students, teachers, and institutions.
What languages are supported?
The interface is currently in English. Quranic content is shown in Arabic. Additional UI languages are on the roadmap.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes — the platform is responsive and works in any modern mobile browser. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap.
Accounts
Can I have multiple accounts?
You can — for example, one parent account and one teacher account if you fill both roles. Use different email addresses for each.
Can I merge two accounts?
Account merging is not currently supported. Contact I'm locked out of my account.
Use Forgot password on the login page. If your email no longer works, contact Data & privacy
Only: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. From Settings → Privacy → Export my data, you can download a CSV archive at any time. From Settings → Privacy → Delete account. The deletion is permanent. Yes — admins can import historical records via CSV. Contact For organizations
