Overview

Most issues fall into a small handful of patterns. This guide covers the common ones and how to fix them quickly.

I can't sign in

  1. Check the email / username. You can sign in with either, but spelling matters.
  2. Use Forgot password. A reset email arrives in under a minute.
  3. Check spam. Reset emails often land there.
  4. Wait 15 minutes if you've tried too many wrong passwords (the account temporarily locks).
  5. If still stuck, contact Email verification isn't arriving
    1. Check spam / promotions / junk.
    2. Click Resend code.
    3. Add [email protected] to your contacts.
    4. Confirm you typed the email correctly during sign-up.

    My records aren't saving

    1. Check your internet connection.
    2. Make sure all required fields are filled in (highlighted in red).
    3. Refresh the page and try again.
    4. If you've been idle for a long time, your session may have expired — log in again.

I don't see my students (teacher)

    1. Confirm you've been assigned to a class. Ask your organization admin.
    2. Check the filter at the top of the roster — it may be set to a class or status that hides them.
    3. If you were just invited, log out and back in.
    1. Confirm the parent key is correct (12 characters, no spaces).
    2. Confirm the child's name matches what's in the system.
    3. If your link request was rejected, ask the teacher to confirm and re-approve.

    Charts are empty or stale

    1. Widen the time window — many charts default to 30 days.
    2. Allow a few minutes after recording — aggregated charts can lag briefly.
    3. Refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd+R).

I clicked the wrong button (deleted something)

    • Records: deletion is permanent. Contact your admin — they may be able to restore from backups.
    • Students: "Remove from roster" is reversible — re-add them.
    • Classes / programs: archiving is reversible (un-archive). Deletion is permanent.
