Overview
Logging in is straightforward — but if something goes wrong, this guide covers the common cases.
Signing in
Open the login page
Go to https://shamsai.app/login/.
Enter your email or username
Enter your password
Click "Log in"
You'll land on the dashboard for your role.
Sign in with Google
If your account email matches a Google account, you can use Sign in with Google. You'll be redirected to Google, choose your account, and bounce back to Shams AI.
- The first time you use Google sign-in, you'll be asked to confirm.
- You can later still log in with username / password too.
Staying signed in
Check Remember me on the login screen to stay signed in for 30 days on that device. Avoid this on shared computers.
Forgotten password
Click "Forgot password"
Enter your account email
Open the password reset email
Click the link inside. It expires in 30 minutes.
Set a new password
Must meet the password requirements (8+ chars, mixed case, number, symbol).
Forgotten username
You can sign in with either your email or your username. If you forget both, contact Signing out
Click your avatar in the top right and choose Log out. On shared computers, always log out manually. After several failed login attempts in a row, your account is locked for 15 minutes. Wait, then try again or use Forgot password.Account temporarily locked
