Overview
Notifications keep you in the loop without forcing you to log in every day. They are fully optional and configurable.
What you can receive
- Daily reminder — a gentle nudge to log a record (students).
- Weekly summary — a Friday email with the week at a glance (all roles).
- Teacher feedback — when a teacher leaves a note on a record.
- Invitation accepted — when someone you invited completes sign-up (admins, teachers).
- Capacity warnings — when a program / class is approaching its cap (admins).
- Inactivity alerts — when a student hasn't logged in several days (parents, teachers).
Changing your preferences
From Settings → Notifications, toggle each one on or off and pick the channel:
- Email — sent to your account address.
- In-app — appears in the bell icon at the top.
Email frequency
To avoid spam, similar emails are batched. Daily reminders are at most once per day; weekly summaries arrive once per week.
Not receiving notifications
- Confirm they're enabled in Settings → Notifications.
- Check your spam folder.
- Add
