Overview
Your settings let you tailor the dashboard to how you actually work. None of the changes affect your records — only the experience around them.
Account
- Display name — how teachers and parents see you.
- Email — your sign-in address. Changing it requires re-verification.
- Password — change it any time.
- Parent key — share with a parent so they can link to your account.
Dashboard layout
- Visible tabs — show or hide tabs you don't use.
- Tab order — drag to reorder.
- Density — compact vs. comfortable spacing.
Appearance
- Theme — light, dark, or follow system.
- Arabic display — choose Uthmani or Tajwīd-colored where supported.
Notifications
- Daily reminder — a nudge to log at least one record.
- Weekly summary — an email rundown every Friday.
- Teacher comments — get an email when your teacher leaves a note on a record.
Privacy & data
- Export my data — download a full archive of your records (CSV).
- Delete my account — permanently removes your account and records. This is irreversible.
Heads up. Account deletion is final — there's no undo. Export your data first if you might want it later.
