Read individual and class-level charts; act on what you see.

Overview

Analysis is where teaching becomes data-informed. The teacher analysis pages cover individual students and aggregated views (class, program).

Individual student analysis

From a student's profile, click Analysis to see:

  • Memorization pace — ayahs / pages per day, week, month.
  • Revision coverage — how recent / stale each Juz is.
  • Mistake density — total mistakes per ayah over time.
  • Attendance / consistency — log frequency.
  • Comparison vs. class average (if the student is in a class).

Class-level analysis

From a class view, click Class analysis to see:

  • Class average pace and how each student compares.
  • Heatmap of revision coverage across the class.
  • Top performers and students at risk.
  • Attendance breakdowns.

Filters and time windows

Most charts default to the last 30 days. Use the filter at the top right to switch to:

  • Last 7 days (great for spotting day-to-day shifts).
  • Last 90 days (catches term-level trends).
  • Custom range (e.g., a Ramadan window).

Acting on the data

A simple weekly cadence:

  1. Monday: Open class analysis, identify 2–3 students drifting on revision coverage.
  2. During the week: Adjust their lesson plan or assignments accordingly.
  3. Friday: Re-check. Note progress in the student's profile.

Exporting

Most charts and tables can be exported to PDF or CSV. Use the menu (••• ) in the top right of any chart panel.
