Overview
The organization admin dashboard is your control panel. Most admin actions start here: managing programs and classes, inviting teachers, configuring permissions, and reviewing organization-wide data.
Layout
- Top bar — organization name, search, settings, profile, logout.
- Left navigation — Programs & Classes, Teachers, Students, Permissions, Analytics, Settings.
- Main panel — content for the selected view.
- Quick actions — common tasks (invite teacher, add student, create program).
Primary views
Programs & Classes
Tree view of programs with their classes nested. Quick add, archive, and bulk actions.
Teachers
List of teachers, status (active / pending invite), classes assigned, and last activity.
Students
Searchable, filterable list of students with class, parent contact, and last record activity.
Analytics
Organization-wide reporting — pace, mistake density, attendance, top students.
Permissions
Role and permission management. See Permissions.
Settings
Organization profile, branding, time zone, and defaults.
Customizing the dashboard
- Reorder navigation items.
- Pin frequently used quick actions.
- Choose default landing view (e.g., Analytics or Students).
