Organization Analytics

Org-wide reports, comparisons, and how to act on them.

Overview

Organization analytics roll up every record across every student, teacher, and class — giving leadership a single view of how the organization is doing.

Key views

Organization summary

  • Total active students, teachers, classes.
  • Last 30 days: average pace, average mistake density, attendance.
  • Top performers and at-risk students.

Program comparison

Side-by-side metrics for every program — pace, mistake density, attendance, retention.

Class leaderboards

Within a program, see how each class compares on the metrics that matter to your organization.

Teacher performance

How students of each teacher are doing — useful as one signal among many, never as the only signal.

Filters and time windows

All views support:

  • Date range (last 7d / 30d / 90d / custom).
  • Program or class scope.
  • Optional comparison vs. previous period.

Exporting and reporting

  • Every chart can be exported (PDF / CSV / PNG).
  • You can build a printable end-of-term report combining several charts.

Acting on the data

Some patterns to look for and what they often mean:

  • Falling pace organization-wide — usually external (Ramadan, holidays). Verify before reacting.
  • Falling pace in one class — talk to the teacher; could be staffing or scheduling.
  • Rising mistake density — usually a sign students are over-paced and revision is being skipped.
  • Steady attendance with falling pace — students are showing up but not getting through. Lesson plan review needed.
