Who can administer an organization?
- Primary admin — created when the organization is registered. Can do anything.
- Additional admins — invited by the primary admin. Their scope can be restricted to specific programs.
- Teachers — manage students within their assigned classes.
Branding and defaults
From Organization Settings, you can configure:
- Organization logo (used on enrollment forms and PDF exports).
- Default record types (which lesson types appear by default).
- Working week (which days count as scheduled teaching days).
- Time zone.
Tip. Set the time zone before you start recording. It affects how "today" is calculated for everyone.
