Overview

Your account profile holds your basic information and sign-in credentials. This guide covers updating them safely.

Updating your display name

From Settings → Account → Display name. The change is reflected wherever your name appears (dashboards, records, exports).

Changing your email

1. Open Settings → Account

2. Enter the new email

3. Verify the new address

   We send a 6-digit code. Enter it to confirm.

Until verified, you'll continue to log in with your previous email.

Changing your password

1. Open Settings → Account → Password

2. Enter your current password

3. Enter the new password twice

   Must meet the requirements (8+ chars, mixed case, number, symbol).

4. Save

   You'll stay signed in. Other devices are signed out automatically as a precaution.

Connecting or disconnecting Google

From Settings → Account → Sign-in:

• Connect Google — link your account to a Google identity for one-click login.
• Disconnect Google — remove the link. You'll need a password to sign in.

Profile photo

Click your avatar in the top right and choose Update photo. Square images work best.

Exporting your data

From Settings → Privacy → Export my data, you can download a CSV archive of your records and profile data.

Deleting your account

From Settings → Privacy → Delete account. This is irreversible:

• All your records are removed.
• If you're an organization admin, the deletion may be blocked until you transfer ownership.
• Linked parents lose access to your account.
